why doesnt my MS906BT AUTO read vin numbers????

    Need help it won't read them it just says error can't read or something like that, so I have to manually enter the vin number.... Very frustrating.

    Same here and even you enter manually it won't decod it
    and there is no any update to fix and no reply from support
